Complete aspects of I-693 and I-94 examinations including laboratory tests, skin tests and immunizations available at one site, my office.
The practice is concerned only with immigration & emigration examinations.
Ancillary sites for follow-up, if necessary, are prescreened and available, including x-rays, and medical supervision of course of medication if needed.

Immigration Medical Practice Profile
Single site for examination, immunizations & laboratory at
reasonable cost.
I follow up my own patients afterwards for immunization completion (if
desired) and documentation for required "additional evidence"
submission. This includes follow-up for treatment if a positive skin
test is submitted
Completion time one week or less, dependent upon patient documentation,
for the effective first step submission to INS. These Medical Examinations
are good for one year.
